Primary Services:
Complete structural and mechanical inspection of structure.
This includes all areas under roof and/or attached to structure
(i.e. attached garage, enclosed porches, attached decks,etc.)
- Minimum charge for structure under 1500 sq/ft = $400
- Structure at/over 1500 sq/ft but less than 2000sq/ft = $425
- Structure at/over 2000 sq/ft but less than 2500sq/ft = $450
- Structure at/over 2500 sq/ft but less than 3000sq/ft = $475
- Structure at/over 3000 sq/ft but less than 3500sq/ft = $500
- Structure at/over 3500 sq/ft but less than 4000sq/ft = $525
- Structure at/over 4000 sq/ft but less than 4500sq/ft = $550
- Structure at/over 4500 sq/ft but less than 5000sq/ft = $575
- Structure at/over 5000 sq/ft = $575 + .10 sq/ft over 5000sq/ft
- Note $50 charge for Pier and Beam Foundation inspections
Additional/Other Services:
- Termite inspection scheduling ($108.25 paid to Pioneer Termite and Pest Control)
- Visual septic inspection (standard dye/hydraulic load test w/ all visible components inspected. Does not include excavating to and/or pumping tank) = $150 ($75 if done in conjunction w/ home inspection)
- Detached garage = $50
- Outbuilding inspection under 500sq/ft = $125
- Outbuilding inspection at/over 500sq/ft but less than 1000sq/ft = $150
- Spa/Hot tub Inspection = $50
- Swimming pool inspection = $100
- Water well equipment inspection = $150 ($75 if done in conjunction w/ home inspection)
(plumbing/elect inspection and water sample taken in for bacteria tests…does not include pulling pump) = $150 ($75 if no water sample needed/taken)
- Irrigation system inspection (heads, stations, operation) = $50
- Whole house vacuum system inspection = $50
- Re-inspection fee = $100
- Out of Greater San Angelo Area trip charge = $1.35/mile (one way).
